Ayurveda given us some useful home remedy tips on how to be in good health. If you might have added these tips to your daily life then you will be having a good health very easily.

Ayurvedic remedy tips on how to be in Good Health

  1. Fasting: During fasting new stool (is the waste product of the human digestive system including bacteria) will not generate in our body. So this is a good time to increase our life by removing the stored stool in our body, which helps to be in good health.
  2. If you do not know how to use medicine, when you are sick then you can consume the medicine with water or honey.
  3. Taking of medicine with empty stomach cures the problem very fast. If you have prescribed to take medicine after eating the food, then you must follow otherwise it will be good for taking the medicine with empty stomach.
  4. Usually medicine must be taken three times in a day with the gap of four hours is good for health.
  5. While making any home remedy, if you do not know how much quantities to mix. Then you can use the same quantities for preparing the home remedy for any ailment.
  6. If you are not aware of how much medicine to be used, then take small quantity at the beginning and increase gradually by the time with the help of health practitioner.
  7. Never use Nutmeg in large quantity for making any home remedy, because this causes drowsiness and sleep.
  8. Eating of myrobalan is good for health after meal in the morning and night. Most popularly Myrobalan called as a second mother.
    Note: Do not take when you are tired, thirsty, for weak people, during fasting and pregnancy.
  9. Eating of Amla (Gooseberry) is good for health.So you must eat amla in between meal and after meal daily helps to be in good health.
  10. Maintain at least one hour gap for drinking the water after having meal is good for health.
  11. After having meal in the afternoon walk at least 100 steps and lay on floor for ten minutes in the left side.
  12. Take air with right side of nose while eating and take air with left side of nose while drinking is good for health.
  13. You must maintain at least two hours gap in between meals and taking fruit juices. Never take together, which is not good for health.
  14. Never take milk with curd, basil, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, jaggery, dates, fish, radish, lemon, banana, papaya, all fruits, all fruit juices and fruit ice creams.
  15. Drink fruit juice in the day time only. Never take fruit juice during night time, as this is not good for health.
  16. Eating of Mango is more good for health rather drinking the mango juice.
  17. Eating of banana in the morning works like copper, in the afternoon works like silver and during evening works like gold.
    Note: Do not eat more, if you not work much.
  18. Do not these when you have some health problem because these foods are do not digest fast, as Ayurveda said in a statement as these are solid foods.
    Banana, Mango, Guava, Papaya, bottle gourd, tomato, curd, sprouts, junnu (milk product), dried vegetables, fish, bacteria food articles, bakery fridge items, chocolates, biscuits, cool drinks, corn, maize, black gram, potato, millet, holcus spicatus and ground nut.
  19. Do not eat tomato when you have the following health problems.
    Swelling, joint pains, acidity, head ache, sinus, wounds in the stomach or mouth, dehydration and whose body against sour taste.
  20. Do not take curd during Vasanta Ritu, Greeshma Ritu, Sarad Ritu and Varsha Ritu seasons. Also during fever, Nanju, Blood Paithyam, kapham, skin diseases, elephantiasis, rakta vikaram, fabaceae (pandu rogam) and ulcer are not to be taken curd in these conditions.
  21. Adding two spoons of sugar in the almonds stored bottle never lost its almond taste.
  22. Do not apply more heat items (kaapu pettuta) on head or chest.
  23. First massage your body with oil and do exercises. Wait at least half an hour before taking a bath after exercises.
