Natural Beauty Tips for Legs are:

  1. Every night, legs should be given a rub of a good skin cream. Once a fortnight or month - depending on hair growth - legs should be 'cleaned' by waxing off the hair or using any suitable depilatory process.
  2. Tired feet should be often soaked in warm salty water and given a good scrub to remove hardened, dry skin on the ankles or between toes.
  3. A brisk walk a day keeps the circulation going well and makes leg-stamina better and better.
  4. Avoid bruises, ligament lesions, minor or major fractures and other kinds injuries by being careful while climbing stairs, bending, jogging a getting in and out of vehicles.
  5. Eat plenty of fresh salads, vegetables and fruits. These give energy and avoid cracked skins. If you have a water-retention problem, eat less salt.
  6. Massage tired legs with a soft-textured, non greasy oil gently, in upwards movements.
  7. Regarding diet for fat legs, you must avoid intake of fat contents in your food. Generally the fat contents will be more on potatoes, rice and spicy food.
  8. After toning your legs into perfect shape, then comes the process of maintaining your legs to look in attractive way. Smooth legs will be more attractive than fuzzy or hairy legs.
  9. There are number of ways to remove hair on your legs. The various methods include usage of cold or hot wax strips, usage of hair removal creams, shaving out your hair by using shaving tools etc.
  10. Moisturize your legs after each shower. You should moisturize your legs often, even before going to bed and before going to the beach
  11. Walking and bicycling are great for having beautiful legs.
  12. Avoid standing too much as this may cause varicose veins.
  13. Add corn flour to hot water and soak feet in it for 5-10 minutes before sleep.
  14. Mix Candle wax with Mustard oil and heat. Now apply this gently on the cracked areas of the heels. Wear socks over this, leave overnight and wash in the morning.
  15. After a bath massage Mustard oil well into hands and feet when your body is still moist. Wash with water and pat with a towel to dry.
  16. In Winter, right after a bath while the skin is still moist, rub some Baby oil into the skin.
  17. Make a paste with 2 table spoons Oats and 1 tea spoon lime juice and some milk. Apply on the body before a bath. Wash after 5 minutes.
  18. Fresh Rose petals 1 cup with 1/2 a cup of milk. Add 1 tea spoon gram flour and some Rose water. Make a paste and apply on arms and legs. Wash after 10 minutes.
  19. Mix 1 tea spoon Vaseline with 1 tea spoon Glycerin and leave overnight.This is good for dry skin.
  20. Mix 1 tea spoon of Vitamin E oil with 1 tea spoon of Vaseline and 1 tea spoon of Glycerin and apply over the entire body. Have a bath after an hour.
